Practice according to Ajahn Mun, Maha Boowa who follow the Kayagati Sutta (Mindfulness immersed in the body). Also practice according to the Culasunnata Sutta (The lesser Discourse on Emptiness), and dabble in Anuttarayoga tantra Mahamudra meditation using the clear light mind.
